Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Trial Period

New subscribers receive a 30-day trial period from the date of first payment:

• Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
• No questions asked
• Refund processed within 5-10 business days

2. After 30 Days: No Refunds

After the 30-day trial period, all payments are non-refundable.

• Monthly subscriptions: No refund for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: No refund for unused months
• Add-ons and upgrades: Non-refundable

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refund for remaining time
• Your data in your database remains yours
• Cancel via Account Settings or contact support

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:

• Extended outages - Service unavailable for 24+ consecutive hours
• Billing errors - Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
• Legal requirements - Where required by law

These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Within the 30-day trial period:

2. Include your account email and reason for refund
3. We'll process within 5-10 business days

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us:

• Your account will be immediately suspended
• You may be banned from future use
• We will provide transaction documentation to the bank

Please contact us first - we're happy to resolve issues directly.

7. Price Changes

• Existing subscriptions: Locked at current price for 12 months
• Price increases: 30 days notice before renewal
• You may cancel before the price increase takes effect

8. Free Tier / Demo Accounts

Free accounts and demo accounts:

• No payment = Nothing to refund
• May be terminated at any time
• No guaranteed service level
