Candy Sonic Portal is a music industry management platform that provides tools for catalog management, revenue tracking, payout calculations, and business operations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service
• You are responsible for your own database and data (BYOD architecture)

4. Data Ownership & BYOD

Your Data, Your Control. Candy Sonic Portal operates on a "Bring Your Own Database" (BYOD) model:

• You connect your own database to store your business data
• We do not store your business data on our servers
• You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times
• You are responsible for backing up your own database
• We are not liable for data loss in your database

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the Service will meet your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANDY SONIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• Your data in your own database remains yours

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
