
Music Licensing Terms and Conditions
1. License Grant
The licensee is granted a non-exclusive right to use the licensed music tracks for the specified project(s) as outlined in the purchase agreement.
2. Scope of Use
The licensed music may be used for the following purposes:
• Motion picture projects (films, television episodes)
• Commercials (TV, online, radio)
• Digital media (Podcasts) [YouTube not included]
• Corporate use (internal videos, training materials)
3. Duration
The license is valid for one year from the purchase date. The licensee must release their projects to the public within this one-year period. If a project is not released within one year, the license becomes invalid, and the licensee must purchase a new license.
4. Territory
The license is valid worldwide.
5. Attribution
While attribution is not required, it is appreciated when possible. Any use of the music should credit the artist as specified in the purchase agreement.
6. Modification
The licensee may not alter, remix, or adapt the licensed music without prior written consent from the licensor.
7. Prohibited Uses
The licensed music may not be used for:
• Illegal activities
• Pornographic material
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Any use that could harm the reputation of the artist
8. Termination
The licensor reserves the right to terminate the license if the licensee breaches any terms or conditions. Upon termination, the licensee must cease all use of the licensed music.
9. Indemnification
The licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the licensor from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the licensed music.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA.
By purchasing and using the licensed music, the licensee agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
