How can I submit my logo and design files?
You can upload your logo and other relevant files directly on our submission page when you select a service. This ensures our team has everything needed to create your designs. If you prefer, you can also email us your files at clientservices@candysonic.com.
Be sure to have the email subject as your order number!
What is your revision policy?
We have a strict 3 revisions per order, once your 3 revisions are used this project is considered complete, unless additional revisions are requested at an extra cost of $25 per revision, which must be paid in full before revision request is approved.
Example: You order the full stationary suite, you revise the letterhead once, the business card once, and the #10 envelope once. You have used your revisions, any additional revisions will be subject to an additional revision fee, which can be ordered above.
